Director of RCD Mallorca Studios Albert Salas presented a lecture on Tuesday at the Estadi Son Moix entitled " "Origen i fundació del RCD Mallorca. Adolfo Vázquez Humasqué: figura imprescindible del mallorquinisme. De borbó a republicà?".
Through period images, he explored the legacy and life, structured in three stages, of one of the key figures and the main person responsible for the founding of what we know today as RCD Mallorca in 1916.
Salas also included contributions from experts on the era and the history of RCD Mallorca, such as historian Manel García and season ticket holders Xesc Ramis and Joan Roig.
The event served to give due recognition to Vázquez Humasqué and to learn more about his role in the club's founding and the social and historical context in which he carried it out.
